Try this if your iPhone Home button is not responsive: 

• Open an app:  Weather or Calculator will do
• Press and hold down the Power button until you see “Slide to Power Off” 
• Let go of the Power button
• Press and hold the Home button until you see the “Slide to Power Off” disappear.  

This applies to your iPad home button too!  If that doesn't work, stop by our shop to get it repaired.
